A New Young U16 Team Faced an Experienced Bournemouth XI

The new U16 boys team faced an older & stronger Bournemouth team in their first match of the season. The step up from U14 to U16 is certainly a massive one and without the guidance from any existing U16 players the team were simply out played. However, this determined bunch of boys know that with hard work they can improve on their skills, speed and fitness and with this the confidence to take on the next 8 south division teams. A huge well done must go to the U16 goalie, who played an exceptional game.
