The U12 boys took on Havant in a thrilling action packed game.
The game started with a minutes silence to remember the fallen, then it was straight into action.
Havant took first pushback and were straight into attacking mode, Petersfield began to defend on mass. After some reminders from the coach of positioning, Petersfields structure began to come together. The Havant attackers were quick and fluid, this caused problems for the Petersfield defence, for the most part Hulme proved a strong and solid centre back assisted by E.Young and F M-T. Havant did score first but this made Petersfield focus even harder.
Petersfield's second short corner evened the score with a spectacular shot Rowland.
As the game continued the spectators witnessed some great saves by Cook and a goal line clearance from E.Young. The pace of this game was relentless, action packed and thoroughly enjoyable to watch.
Well done to all the players for a thrilling 70 minutes of high octane hockey!
