Yateley 1 v Petersfield Falcons
The falcons came out of the blocks firing on all cylinders. Dominating the majority of the game. The girls worked well in their positions, moving around the pitch finding space. The falcons scored first, with a lovely ball provided by Ismay to Iris who pushed it straight past the goalkeeper. Unfortunately Yateley took advantage in the dying seconds to find space and squeeze one by Phil.

Alton Llamas v Petersfield falcons
The falcons once again were the stronger side, with the most of the game being played in the llamas half. This was Clemmie’s game to shine, the llamas’ defence were no match for her, she scored two goals, one of which came from a brilliant assist from Rosie. Then it was Rosie’s turn, after a very frenetic attack by Ismay on goal and an excellent job by the llamas gk to keep the ball out, Rosie hit a corker off a rebound to get our third goal.

Yateley 2 - Petersfield Falcons
This was a hard game for the Falcons, possibly because they were trying different positions, but Yateley took advantage of not having a goalkeeper and had 7 out field players pushing forward, which made marking a difficult task. Clemmie did manage to score our only goal, assisted by Ella. India was magnificent in defence, and if it wasn’t for her, Iris & Phil the score line would have been very different.

Haslemere Vipers v Petersfield Falcons
Fourth game with no break, the team were running on empty, but they still managed a great game against the vipers, not making it easy for them at all. India & Phil continued to keep the ball out of the goal most of the time, only two made it passed Phil. Alice made some excellent calls on free hits, unfortunately none lead to a goal, but the vision was there. Issy managed to find space, but unfortunately the ball didn’t manage to find her.
2-0 to Haslemere vipers

So many positives from today’s games, and lots of opportunities for tweaking, but ultimately I’m one very happy manager with all the U12 girls, they all did brilliantly
