Petersfield U14B Panthers produced a tremendous team performance away at Salisbury HC to earn a hard-fought 2-2 draw, a fantastic turnaround after a 5-0 defeat in the corresponding fixture last season.

The girls showed real resilience after losing Amelia to a head injury in the first quarter, playing the majority of the match with just 10 players. The defence stood firm throughout, thwarting attack after attack, with Isla making some excellent saves and clearances in goal.

The midfield worked tirelessly at both ends of the pitch, supporting the defence while creating opportunities going forward. Their efforts paid off as Kristen scored two fine breakaway goals.

The Panthers, powered by Percy Pig, battled for each other right to the final whistle. Every player contributed to a superb team effort, and the girls should be immensely proud of their performance.
